A couple of additional points of information for residents:
- Delivery of personal purchases or gifts by United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx), Amazon, and retailer delivery of personal purchases are allowed only as follows: January 1 through November 16: Monday through Sunday 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.
- Residents needing to change their PIN for the gate access system can do that by visiting the gate Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. Because of security concerns about the PIN, the gate captain is the only one who can change it. Other times can possibly be arranged on a special needs basis.
