June 7-21
The Mandarin Food Bank is extremely grateful for the continued support from this community, especially over the last year, however they are in particular need of toiletries at the moment (particularly full-size items). In addition, as always during the summer months, large quantities of peanut butter and jelly is also needed as this provides an easy meal for kids to prepare themselves as they are not in school to receive a mid-day meal.
There will be a bin by the outgoing side of the guard gate for donations. In addition, items can be dropped off at either Carmen Kelly’s house (10139 Bishop Lake Rd W) or Elizabeth Curtin’s house (9990 Vineyard Lake Rd E – between the garage doors).
We thank you for your support and generosity for this much-needed, local facility.
