December is here. Festivities abound! Whether celebrating the holidays or not, there is plenty to do. More people are playing pickleball, or at the playground with kids. Club activities include luminaries and the annual Holiday party. The interest level of interacting with neighbors and friends increases this time of year. Good news, it looks like the Fed will not be raising interest rates in December. Here’s a recap of the real estate activity in Deercreek over the last month.

Celebrate the holidays however you choose, knowing Deercreek is still a highly desirable place to live. People move in, lives change over time, and people move again – sometimes to another home in Deercreek, sometimes to a new community. For me, I’ll continue to call Deercreek home!
