July brought lots of heat to the environment, and to the real estate market in Deercreek. August looks to provide more heat to both as more homes are on the market now than have been in quite a while.

7927 Vineyard Lake – Listed at $725,000, it sold for $685,000 plus $3,500 repair concession
9941 Margate Hills – Listed at $499,990 (originally $549,901), it sold for $489,000
10009 Randallstown – Listed at $799,000, it sold for $850,000 in a multiple offer situation

Two homes are Under Contract:

10361 Cypress Lakes, a 2,389 sq ft, 3 bed/2.5 bath house Listed at $629,500
10092 Vineyard Lake, a 3,012 sq ft, 5 bed/3 bath house Listed at $850,000

The vacant lot (with a pool) at 10378 Cypress Lakes is still on the market. It is currently Listed at $325,000, after a $50,000 price improvement.

8333 Amherst Hills will be on the market soon with Showings starting August 3rd. The house is 3,050 sq ft with 4 beds/3.5 baths and is priced at $740,500. The Seller is also offering a home warranty and a $5,000 seller credit as added incentive.

We already see positive changes from The Heritage Golf Group, with more on the way. Continued improvements enhance the value of the entire community as evidenced by the recent sales.
