These homes have been on the market on average 110 days. Back on the market is the home at 10112 Deercreek Club Rd, recently reduced to $785,000.

Nine homes sold over the last 3 months, ranging in price from $318,500 (10046 Heather Lake Ct) to $660,000 (10168 Bishop Lake Rd W). The sales price per square foot for homes sold ranged from $135.37 to $191.61. The homes sold between 96 and 100% of the list price. The homes were on the market from 12 to 223 days. Currently, 4 homes are under contract, including my listing at 10175 Bishop Lake Rd W.

Although winter is usually a slow time for home sales, the market in Deercreek remains steady. The good news is we live in Florida and winter is usually short-lived. With spring around the corner, I expect we will see more refreshed homes on the market during February to compete for the spring buyer.
