April showers bring May flowers! April also brings more buyers into the real estate market. Buyers with kids move over the summer to settle in by the start of the new school year. “How’s the market?” I’m often asked. If the number of homes under contract is an indication, I would say Deercreek is an active market with five homes under contract working their way to closing.

Five homes are Under Contract and have been on the market 7-161 days (according to NFMLS 3/24/25):

  • 8227 Chester Lake Rd N, 4,102 sf, with golf course view, Listed at $967,000.
  • 10417 Cypress Lakes Dr, 3,859 sf, pool home, currently Listed at $1,049,999.
  • 8250 Ashworth, 3,134 sf home, Listed at $825,000.
  • 8210 Bay Tree, 3,586 sf pool home with golf view, Listed at $965,000.
  • 9944 Deercreek Club Rd, 5,374 sf pool home with golf view, Listed at $1,650,000.

Two homes sold the last 3 months, priced from $759,000 – $1,412,500. Days on Market ranged from 70-170 days. The most recent sale was 10060 Deercreek Club which sold for $730,000.

Six homes are For Sale and have been on the market 4-187 days:

  • 7819 McLaurin Rd N, 4,817 sf pool home with golf & lake view, Listed at $1,340,000.
  • 9902 Windwater Ct, 4,209 sf home, reduced to $1,090,000.
  • 7881 Heather Lake Ct E, 2,316 sf Club Home, Listed at $620,000, originally at $630,000.
  • 10142 Bishop Lake Rd W, 3,844 sf pool home, Listed at $998,000.
  • 10060 Lakes End Ct, 3,695 sf home, Listed at $850,000.
  • 9919 Blakeford Mill, 5,401 sf pool home with golf view, Listed at $1,400,000.
