The Deercreek Home and Garden Club is pleased to award the November Landscape Award to
Christine and Rodrigo Sievert
7934 Bishop Lake Road North.
The courtyard planting bed of brilliant Blue Daze and Iris is the first thing that attracts your attention to their home. The sculpted Goshiki Holly and Nandina draws your eye to the front doorway. The entry is accented with yellow Mums in a terra cotta pot that complements the brick color of the home. A distinct feature of the entry is the trained Creeping Fig around the house numbers layered with pots of variegated ivy. A sculpted ligustrum tree accents the front of the home with Holly Ferns growing below. Other plants in the landscape include Wakaebisu Azaleas that bloom in a beautiful salmon pink color.
On the side of the home is a Garden Arch of Confederate Jasmine that welcomes you to their backyard. In the backyard is Christine’s special garden that hosts a wealth of different plants, colors and beds.
The loving care that the Sievert’s take of their garden and landscape is evident throughout the yard.
