Unfortunately, Deercreek is again experiencing a delay in yard waste pickup service. Citations will not be issued from last Wednesday till the current yard waste is picked up.
Driver staffing has been an issue for Waste Pro and continues to provide less than satisfactory service levels. The most recent week delay in yard waste pick up has been elevated to the solid waste division of the city.
Residents are encouraged to call 630-CITY or use the app to report delays in service for their specific location for all trash, recycle or yard waste delays of more than two days.
The HOA will continue to monitor the service levels. Thank you for your understanding.
